Experience Working in Health Care Organization by Ibrahim

Sometimes you face disappointment working in the named organizations,
as my own experience I spent my 1 year in a world class health care
organization, in which my personal interest was include because the
Chancellor of the organization is the Head of my community.

The organization have certain rules and policies. Management use them to
disappoint employes and co-workers, or degrating others.

The organization was built to support human rights, provide patient care
and a better releationship, they have more then hundred departments.
Each department have there own staff releating on there need and work.
